Find out how delivery works when you order a music box or musical carousel from Music Box Haven.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free within Australia. For other supported countries, delivery costs A$18 per order. Select your destination in the basket to see the delivery charge and final total before paying.

Delivery times

Please allow 7 to 21 working days from the purchase date for delivery. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Your order will be delivered within 30 days unless we agree a different delivery period with you.

If you need an item for a specific occasion, allow for the full delivery window. A particular arrival date is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Separate parcels

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels and on different dates. Keep your order reference so that customer service can check all the items in your order.

Your delivery address

Enter the recipient’s full name, complete address, postcode, country and telephone number. Your email address is required at checkout for order information. Check these details carefully before confirming payment.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us promptly. Once a parcel has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible.

Tracking and delivery problems

Use the tracking information supplied for your order when available. If there is no update, an item is missing or a parcel arrives damaged, contact contact@au.musicboxhaven.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us investigate damage, but do not replace your statutory rights.

If delivery is late, contact us so we can investigate and agree the appropriate next step. Your rights when goods are not delivered remain unaffected. See our returns and refunds policy for further information.
